The Redroom. Frontline.

Identified as one of North East ones-to-watch The Redroom, with their Go-Go’s style of surf/indie/punk pop are indeed well worth catching early on the basis of December’s ‘Forced Stability’ single and now this new one.  Both introducing nicely delivered vocals with interesting layering styles, perhaps the band’s core outfit is in it’s musicality and ability to follow interesting music patterns.  Layered with interesting licks and sharp-as-a-dart drumming, The Redroom set up a really structured support line for the tracks slightly introvert, slightly angry, melody lines.  These sound like they have the potential to be a great, fun, live act.  Great stuff.
