So Paper Rings doesn’t make it into Era’s but Era’s is such good fun and such a good document of an artist at the absolute top of her game – so so good.

Richard Hawley – Hotel Room

The new greatest hits is out, which gets me trawling through old Hawley records. His show at Whitley Bay was a personal favourite for me – his guitar playing having the most incredible effect on me – and this being (at least for today) my favourite of his records. Utterly incredible
