Continuing to evolve, considerably, India Arkin has moved well beyond her status as ‘one to watch out for’ to ‘one to watch’ given her recent output and live shows.  Strong, focused, and armed with great songs Arkin is on good form tonight with the fine Barca El Globo venue being a perfect venue for her blend of folk/indie pop.  Recent single ‘Senseless’ stands out in a night which sees Arkin mixing well across different song structures and vocal lines in a show which sparkles with well formed pop.  There’s hints about upcoming Eps and Albums and given this form, it’s exciting to think about what could sound like.
