The worst thing about the festive period is that the final weeks of Christmas, and the early weeks of the New Year, tend to mean that there’s only a handful of gigs happening.  Whilst the world is filled with Christmas cheer, gig lovers are often hit by live music withdrawal.  Happy Christmas eh?

Luckily those lovely people at SSD have given us a great schedule of live music for early 2020 to kick those winter blues into touch.  A particularly interesting gig to look forward to is the return to the region of Vant; one of the most creative alternative rock acts of the past decade.

Returning not just to the region, Vant are also using January to cement their 2019 return from an almost yearlong ‘hiatus’.   Returning with the promise of new music now’s a great time to see Vant on maybe their sharpest form to date.  Get out and dust away those Christmas blues away.
