Halfway through the set Capaldi asks the crowd why they think there’s often so much trouble at his shows – given it’s made up, mostly, of acoustic love songs played on a guitar or piano.

That statement, including it’s wit, sums the whole thing up: Love songs, banter, crowd issues. Sometimes that mix works, sometimes it doesn’t.
